Guests are requested to adhere to the villa’s standard policies to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Speaker or loud music is strictly permitted only until 10:00 PM, and access to the swimming pool is allowed until 11:00 PM for safety and community considerations. Any additional guest beyond the confirmed booking will be charged ₹2,000 per person. The use of Tobacco, Paan, or Gutkha within the premises is strictly prohibited to maintain the villa’s hygiene and ambience. Check-in time is 1:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please note that the advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation for any reason. A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is mandatory at the time of check-in to cover any damages or violations of property rules. All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID proof at check-in without exception.
